Het PhD-programma in natuurwetenschappen omvat vakgebieden als mariene en terrestrische biologie, ecologie, biotechnologie, genetica, fysiologie, immunologie, voedingswetenschappen, resource biologie en management, evenals visserij- en aquacultuurtechnologie.
Om PhD-kandidaat te worden moet je solliciteren naar een positie als research fellow die wordt gepubliceerd en in dienst treden, of in dienst zijn bij een externe instelling die de PhD-studie financiert.
